Through our partnerships with some of the world's leading online travel and tourism organisations, we enable our customers to sell their rooms on the world's most popular travel websites.
We have invested significantly and carefully in our distribution technology platform. Over the past five years we have built a range of high quality, fully documented integration interfaces, allowing distributors to easily integrate our rich portfolio of accommodation businesses into their websites.
Our first distribution and integration method was an XML SOAP-based system-to-system API. This API is based on the Open Travel Alliance (OTA) message sets. All standard booking process functions are supported, from multiple property availability searches to shopping cart style reserve, confirm and cancel. We have direct integrations with key partners including lastminute.com and expedia.co.uk.
This out-of-the-box tourism search solution is fully brand-able and configurable, and new partners are set up quickly and easily. The web application fits seamlessly into a partner’s existing website, offering their website visitors immediate access to over 4,000 accommodation businesses using frontdesk. Available in 12 languages, the system also provides detailed user behaviour tracking and analysis.
We have recently built an ultra-lightweight integration method using the JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) data interchange format. This technology allows for seamless browser-to-server integration where high levels of user interactivity and lightning-fast response times are required. This API is architected upon our White Label Search Application and has been designed with advanced levels of configurability, supported by useful integration harnesses and clear documentation.
For accommodation directory sites we provide batch files of data in .CSV format. These data files store all the product content required for a directory site to list our portfolio. There are links back to each accommodation’s own booking pages within the White Label Search application, which can be branded to have the same look and feel as your distribution channel.
Our customers include over 5,500 of the UK’s small independent accommodation businesses using eviivo frontdesk® to manage their properties and sell their rooms online. This rich portfolio covers the breadth of the UK and includes B&Bs, guest accommodation, inns, farmhouses, cottages, restaurants with rooms, and smaller boutique hotels. Many of these businesses are award-winning in their category, and all are available through our distribution platform.
